Roper St. Francis Up One, Down Two Challenge
Stop staring. Start stairing. As part of the Up One, Down Two Challenge, RSFH employees are ditching the elevator and literally taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. Staff are being encouraged to walk up one flight of stairs and down two flights, a simple action that will get them moving more. It’s all part of RSFH’s Wellness Works initiative, an effort aimed at keeping employees healthy and happy.
